Breakfast Scramble

Go-to quick breakfast/lunch scramble! Prep by heating skillet and coating with cooking spray, chop onions and green pepper, make scrambled eggs mixture.
1. Put in potatoes first and cook till golden brown.
2. Add in veggies and crumbled turkey sausage and cook for 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Pour in egg mixture and cool until desired texture is reached.
Serve in a wrap as a breakfast burrito or eat it plain! 🍴#college #food #breakfast
